Always helps to have a goal, or an enemy, when trying to achieve something. Whether you are the Cleveland Indians and you are trying to defeat every team in baseball or the Cleveland Browns trying to defeat any team in football, knowing your enemy is a good start.
Through a recent evaluation it has been determined that my enemy is named Glucose Level, and his gameplan is called Pre-Diabetes.
He has been sneaking around after meals and before bedtime increasing his territory through such sneaky weapons as chocolate chip cookies and amazingly breads/potatoes.
I have enlisted the help of South Beach and Walking Shoes, and with my beautiful assistant and teammate Sarah we will reduce the threat level of this enemy.
